Book Purchases
Book purchases have a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your book purchase and the packaging has not been opened, or your purchase is defective, it may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Before returning the book(s) you must first request a return authorization from HotBookSale.com, see below.

Return Authorization
In order to cancel your order or if you have received a defective item, you must first contact HotBookSale.com Customer Service at 1-866-566-8437 for replacement/refund information. Customer Service will assign you a return material authorization number (RMA#) that must appear with the return shipping address.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. In most cases, we'll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return. If you paid directly from your bank account, it may take up to 10 additional business days for the credit to be posted to your bank account. You can view completed returns and refunds at the bottom of an order's history page in Your Account. If the return and refund do not appear in Your Account within four weeks from the day you sent us your return, please contact us for further assistance.
