Day One In the Fall of 1992, I made plans to go on a Christmas vacation to the Bahamas with my girlfriend. I remember it like it was yesterday. I made our reser...vations on my birthday, September 23. The next day, I was imagining how much fun we would have under the sun, on the beach, and swimming in the Caribbean. The problem was I wasn't happy with the shape I was in at the time. Through careless eating, I'd gained so much fat I couldn't see any muscle definition.
